Refund Policy

At Girl Tribe LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality workshops, events, and mentorship experiences. Please review our refund policy for services below:

1. Workshop & Event Cancellations (By Participant):

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable, but may be transferable to a future workshop (upon request and availability).

2. No-Shows:

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows without prior communication.

3. Event Cancellations (By Girl Tribe LLC):

  • If we cancel or reschedule an event, all registered participants will be given the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future event.

4. Custom Services (Private Workshops or Programming):

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the scheduled service.

  • If canceled more than 7 days in advance, any additional payment beyond the deposit will be refunded.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the event.
